Processing of Stamps
(1) Organize stamps. After taking out the print from the receiving end, the product name, printing machine number, printing completion date, etc. should be indicated. It should be left to stand in the semi-finished product area for several hours (3-4 hours) until the ink is dry before processing. To prevent deformation of the printing sheet due to changes in indoor temperature and humidity, the entire printing stack can be covered with ethylene film.
(2) Fill out the report. Fill in the official number of printed sheets and printing time displayed on the counter in the relevant report, and record the precautions for post-processing of the printed sheet in the report, and hand it over to the next process.
Processing of printing plates
(1) Processing of saved versions. If it is necessary to save the used printing plate, the following steps can be followed for processing.
① Clean the plate with sponge dipped plate cleaning solution.
② Clean the layout with water,
③ After finishing the printing plate with a finishing solution, clean the plate with water again.
④ Wipe the plate with a sponge or cloth with developing ink to evenly apply ink to the printing plate.
⑤ Clean the layout again and then dry it.
⑥ Glue and dry the layout.
(2) Processing of non saved versions. For now, do not disassemble the plate and proceed with ink cleaning directly. The old version can protect the printing plate drum housing. Remove the old printing plate when a new one is installed.
Post press cleaning of offset printing machines
(1) Cleaning of the ink group.
① Clean the ink fountain.
a. Use an ink knife to scoop out the remaining ink from the ink hopper after printing and load it into an ink tank.
b. Rotate the handle of the ink bucket roller to concentrate the ink stuck on the ink bucket roller into the ink bucket, and then scoop it out.
c. Open the ink scraper and further clean the remaining ink.
d. Sprinkle cleaning agent and wipe the ink roller, ink bucket roller, and ink bucket scraper clean with a cloth.
② Clean the ink rollers. Install the ink scraper on the printing machine, tighten the left and right fastening bolts, and adjust the pressure in contact with the ink roller. Start the machine and adjust the angle of the ink bucket roller to the maximum. Spray the cleaning agent on the ink roller in batches until the ink set is completely cleaned. After stopping the machine, smoothly remove the ink scraper, pour out the waste liquid in the ink tank, and then wipe the ink tank clean. While jogging the machine, wipe off the paper fuzz, ink, etc. on the ink roller.
(2) Clean the rubber blanket and embossing drum.
① Cleaning and maintenance of rubber blanket. When cleaning the rubber cloth, pay attention to rolling and holding the cloth tightly, with agile and fast movements, and avoid rolling the cloth and fingers into the drum. Prepare cleaning cloths, cleaning agents, etc. for cleaning. Jog the machine or run it at low speed, and wipe it with water from the mouth of the rubber cloth to the trailing edge. Use a gasoline cloth to wipe the rubber cloth from the mouth to the tip, and clean the ink, paper powder, and paper wool on it. Use a clean cloth to scrub from beginning to end again. If the rubber blanket is not used temporarily, you can apply a layer of talcum powder on it.
② Cleaning of the embossing drum. During the printing process, it is inevitable that certain ink stains, paper fuzz, paper powder, etc. will adhere to the embossing drum. When there are situations such as "missed printing" and paper sticking to rubber cloth, it will cause the imprint to transfer to the surface of the embossing drum. If not cleaned, it will affect the quality of the printed product. When cleaning, the following points should be noted:
a. According to the dirt on the surface of the embossing drum, if it is mainly paper wool or paper powder, first wipe it with water and then wipe it with gasoline; If it is mainly ink stains, use steam directly
